Salmon on sour salad.

 

Salmon , cauliflower , heart lettuce, cucumber , are ingredients in harmony with a tart and good dressing. Creme Fraiche with yogurt , a little vinegar and sweetening , gives the court a great tart taste , which excites the palate . Must be tried . 1) 250 gr salmon fillet . 2 fillets .

2) 120 gr cauliflower .

3) 30 gr heart salad leaves.

4) 110 gr cucumber into slices.

5 ) 2 tablespoons creme fraiche .

6) 2 tbsp natural yoghurt .

7) 3 tablespoons vinegar .

8) 1 tsp. sweetening - natreen .

9) Salt , pepper and a little parsley on top .  

 

Boil the cauliflower in salted water . Bake the salmon about 3 minutes per side . Mix creme fraiche , yogurt, vinegar , sweeteners , salt and pepper . Blend into cucumber slices and lettuce.
