1) 200 gr spinach .
2) 0,4 liter vegetable or meat broth .
3) 0,1 liter cream.
4 ) 2 eggs , hard boiled .
5 ) Salt and pepper .
6) 2 tablespoons parmesan .
7) 4 bits of bacon crisp .
Start boiling the eggs . 10 min . Saute spinach in a little oil . Add the broth and cream after about 2 min . Cook until the eggs are done. Use a hand blender to make the soup smooth and fine . Season with salt and pepper . Transfer the soup in bowls , eggs in, grated parmesan and chopped bacon crisp on top . Eaten right away to have crispy bacon crisp . Used as an appetizer or as lunch .
